I see the same pattern—AI pilots fail less because of model limitations and more because teams try to replace humans instead of designing systems. Without clear inputs, constraints, and guardrails, even the best models derail.

Treating AI like infrastructure (rails + checks) rather than intelligence-first magic is the mindset shift most businesses still miss. Reliability > novelty will decide who actually scales AI in 2026.
