Why FutureBrief?

🔬 Tested before it ships
Every framework in FutureBrief has been tested with real clients through Ninjabot before it ships to you. The tool verdicts come from running the tools. The numbers are real.

🚫 No hype. No doom.
80% of teams feel AI pressure. 6% have AI embedded in daily workflows. FutureBrief closes that gap. Not fear. Not hype. Operator-grade signal.

🤝 SMB-scale focus
Written for businesses that ship product, serve clients, and pay the team this Friday. Not for Fortune 500 IT teams with consultants on retainer.

☕️ 4-Minute Digest
Every issue. No filler. No tangents. If a sentence does not earn its place, it gets cut. Read it on Thursday morning. Implement on Friday.

🎁 Actionable artifacts
Regularly, an actionable artifact ships with the issue: a template, a prompt, a Make.com scenario, a checklist. Things you can use this week.

🥷 Never Boring Guarantee
Written for business owners, without technical jargon. Not by someone trying to sell you a new shiny tool. Calm voice. Specific examples. Boring on the surface, useful underneath.

What lands in your inbox

Most AI and automation content is written for Fortune 500 IT teams or solo SaaS founders chasing the next unicorn. Neither describes the 5 to 200 person business actually trying to operate.

If you run a real business, with real clients and a real team to pay, you're in the right place.

Every week:
A practitioner-grade read on one thing that changed in AI, automation, or no-code. The operator implication made explicit. One specific number, one named tool, one constraint stated upfront.

Twice a month:
An actionable artifact ships with the issue. A template, a prompt, an n8n scenario, a checklist. Something you can use that week, not a story you forget by Tuesday.

Never:
Hype. Doom. Urgency emails. “This changes everything” subject lines.

Who writes FutureBrief

I run Ninjabot, a sales AI and automation agency based in Prague.

Before Ninjabot, I built a web development shop from zero to 23 people in under two years, then exited. I’ve spent the last decade running SMBs end-to-end: RevOps, B2B services, agency operations, SaaS product development, and automation at scale.

I write FutureBrief because the AI content I was reading missed the businesses I actually work with. So I write what I would want to read if I were running one of those businesses.

The frameworks I use with clients (CALMER, the AI Sandwich, the Lever Hierarchy) are shared here for free. The tool verdicts come from running the tools, not from reading the pitch decks.

I write from Prague, with one foot in classical philosophy and the other in offshore sailing and Muay Thai. Both feel like the same activity to me.

If you want the broader work, the philosophy and longer essays, that lives at vonchitzki.com.
